King's Lynn
Marshland High School Pink Ladies hockey teams took part in the King's Lynn parkrun to raise money for both the Schools PE Department and the Pelicans Hockey Club new club house.
Eighteen girls met early on Saturday morning along with head of PE, and current Pelicans Hockey Club player/coach, Paul Swinburn.
The event was buzzing with excitement both from the regular runners and the school girls. Many of the girls have now got the running bug and will continue to support the Kings Lynn parkrun in the future.
Stewart Overton (North Herts RRC) led the 274-strong field home in 17:17 with Ryan Jones (Fenland Running Club) just behind in 18:33. Martin Sheldrick (Ryston Runners AC) was third.
Viv Malt (London City Athletics Club) was fist female in 21:22 with Linda Marshall (CSSC Sports & Leisure) second in 22:55. Sally Lynn Hurst (Renegade Runners) was third in 23:11.

Swaffham
Dominic Hughes led the 114 parkrunners home at Swaffham in the sixth event that's been put on there.
Hughes clocked 17:57 in first place with Thom Whiffen not far behind in second (18:23). Chris Searle (Dereham Runners AC) was third in 19:16.
Elizabeth Daly (Dereham Runners AC) was first female in 20:46 with team-mate Kareana Symonds second in 24:09. Louise Hudson (Dereham Runners AC) was third in 24:25.
John Richardson celebrated his 250th event by setting a new personal best of 32:31.

It was a clean sweep for Waveney Valley AC at Lowestoft as they filled the top three places.
Jim Burgess was first home of the 339 parkrunners in 17:50 with Josh Barnard second in 18:46. Youngster George Browne was third in 19:23, setting a new personal best in the process.
Tracey Prewer (Lowestoft Road Runners) was first female in 22:39 with Helen Whiteside second in 23:25. Daniella Liffen (Waveney Valley AC) was third in 23:53.

Thetford
Romas Bleda set a new personal best of 18:38 on his way to leading the 166 runners home at Thetford.
Kevin Vaughan (Thetford AC) was the runner-up just two seconds further back with Stuart Hatcher third in 19:39 (new PB).
Natalie King was first female in 20:47, setting a new PB, with Sabine Schaefer second in 21:02. Charlotte Smith (Thetford AC) was third in 22:01.
