Blickling, King's Lynn, Thetford and Lowestoft provide the focus for Mark Armstrong's weekly look at the local parkrun scene as more landmarks are celebrated
Blickling
Rebecca and Max Westmoreland celebrated their 100th parkruns at Blickling as an impressive 246 parkrunners took part in their latest event.
An unknown was first home but in second place Ben Newbrook set a new personal best of 18:51 with Dominic Camilleri third in 19:11.
Coltishall Jaguars' Elly Young also set a new personal best as first female in 21:33 ahead of Cambridge & Coleridge AC's Kate Samuelson on 22:08. Grace Buchanan (North Norfolk Harriers AC) was third in 24:04.
Fourteen first timers took part including Gordon Lindsay, who posted a time of 27:47.

King's Lynn
Matthew Allen (Ryston Runners AC) was the first runner home at King's Lynn in 17:19 in only his second ever parkrun.
Ryston team-mate Adam Matthews was in second place in 17:28 with Nicholas Bensley third in 17:50.
Melanie Reed (Ryston Runners) was first female in 20:42 ahead of Libby Marchant (22:23). Rebecca Judge was third with a new personal best of 22:35.

Kevin Knights was first home at Thetford in his 83rd parkrun posting a time of 19:38.
Luke Shephard, in his first ever parkrun, missed out on breaking the 20-minute barrier by a second in second place whilst Gavin Siriwardena was third in 20:05.
Natalie King set a new personal best as first female of 22:12 with first timer at Thetford Cindy Drinnan (Saffron Striders) in second in 22:35. Stacey Owen (UK Mudd Queens) was third in 22:42.
Kirsy Green celebrated her 100th parkrun in 41:59.

Lowestoft
Forty-eight new personal bests were set a Lowestoft this weekend as Jim Burgess (Waveney Valley AC) led runners home in 18:00 as first male.
Samuel Stevens (Great Yarmouth & District AC) was second in 18:12 with Carl Prewer (Lowestoft Road Runners) third in 18:46.
Junior runner Amelia Webber set a new personal best as first female in 20:53 ahead of Katy Oldman (Lowestoft Road Runners) in second in 21:42. Kathryn Skazick set a new personal best of 22:34 in third.
Matthew Baldry clocked up his 75th parkrun whilst Paul Wright registered his 50th. Katie Head and Rob Reid celebrated their 25th parkruns.
