Bridge inspections and roadworks could cause delays around Great Yarmouth this week.
Work to inspect three bridges along the A12 at Yarmouth will start today. There will be single lane closures between 8pm and 6pm at the Middleton Road footbridge; the Boundary Road bridge; and Church Road bridge. Work on the A12 southbound will take place tonight and northbound tomorrow.
Elsewhere, the A47 Wansford to Yarmouth road will undergo maintenance work. Weeds along the road verges and central reservation will be sprayed between 8pm and 6am and the work, which starts tomorrow, could take up to eight weekday nights. Short sections of the carriageway will be worked on each night, with single lane closures as required.
