Over hundred players take part in Swaffham Ladies’ Am-Am

Swaffham Golf Club's Ladies' Am-Am provided a popular event, with 112 players taking part.
The competition, which was played in beautiful weather, saw two scores counting, with all the scores being taken into account on the par threes.
Christina Mitchell, Sue Hutchings, Jane Hood and Sammy Bowls from Eaton and Sheringham took the top prize with 97pts.
They were followed by Maria Grayston, Linda Shepherd, Jane Gurney-Read and Sam Steward from Wensum Valley and Royal Cromer (95pts) and Denise Walker, Mary Sail, Ann Waters and Linda Alexander from Haverhill (92pts).
Nearest pin, 0-21: Hole 3 - Sheila Hoggan, Eaton. Nearest pin, 22-36: Hole 16 - Philly Bond, Bawburgh. Nearest the line, Hole 9 - Sheila Hoggan. Longest Drive Hole 15 - Soon Letchford, King's Lynn.
