Snettisham Cricket Club are holding an open day on Sunday to showcase the facilities at their Memorial Playing Field ground.
The day starts at 1pm and is aimed at any potential new members, from boys and girls aged seven upwards to adults, regardless of ability. All protective equipment will be provided by the club.
Snettisham, who are a designated Focus Club, run teams in the West Norfolk League and have joined forces with neighbours Heacham to enter under-12 and U16 teams in Norfolk junior league competitions this season.
As part of the weekend, club members and guests are invited to take part in a Natwest-sponsored general spring clean and tidy of the ground in readiness for the new season and limited sponsored t-shirts will be available on the day.
The club are also re-opening the repaired and refurbished practice nets which were vandalised over the winter. Materials for the repairs were donated by a retired local businessman, with all works carried out by club volunteers.
The taster sessions will be followed by a free barbecue and question and answer session with club coaches and other officials.
