Norwich United travel to Essex this evening to play Heybridge Swifts with the two clubs set to meet twice in eight days.

The Planters will be looking to get back to winning ways having twice lost out in league games against promotion contenders either side of their 5-0 Senior Cup win over a weakened King's Lynn Town side.

Manager Steve Eastaugh will be hoping for a cleaner bill of health tonight, with Tim Henery and Adam Probert both pulling out of Saturday's squad through illness. Shaun Wones defied injury to come off the bunch to notch an injury time equaliser only to be denied by a linesman's flag as the Planters struggled with a threadbare squad.

Heybridge have struggled of late after their cup exploits stole the Bostik League North headlines earlier in the season. Just two points from their last eight games has seen them drop to 19th position, just six points above the Planters, although they do have eight games in hand.
