Norwich United travel to Thurrock's Ship Lane on Wednesday evening to play Romford in a real relegation 'six-pointer'.
After Saturday's 3-0 home defeat to Aveley, the Planters were dragged back into the mire with Romford and Cheshunt both recording away wins. Steve Eastaugh's men slipped back to 23rd position and just three points above their next opponents.
A win would move the Planters back above Cheshunt but a defeat would leave them with only goal difference separating the teams. Eastaugh will be looking for a response from his team, but will have to do without leading scorer Adam Hipperson who has work commitments. There was some good news for the Planters though, with Matt Brown making a welcome return for the run-in after being out through injury since early December.
Romford have been granted permission to groundshare at East Thurrock next season and have gone four games unbeaten as they bid to extend their stay in the Bostik League North Division.
