Norwich High School for Girls' cross country team enjoyed plenty of success at the Norwich Juniors Schools' penultimate race, held at Taverham Hall School last Thursday.
Every member of the city school's team ran fantastically to finish in the top 40, out of about 90 competitors.
Phoebe Crane, from year six, won the event to maintain her unbeaten record in all four races so far this season.
Lucy Emmett was fourth, Ella Sharrock finished eighth and Zoe Blacklock 10th.
Overall, the A team finished first and the B team third, leaving Norwich top of the table with the final race at Old Catton Junior on Friday, March 18.
'The girls all worked really hard to prepare for this race,' said junior school Ali Brand. 'The miles they put in to their practice races have really paid-off. We are all very proud of them and will be cheering them on at the final race.'
