Norwich's Darren Webster crashed out of the PDC World Darts Championship on Friday.
Webster was beaten 5-0 in a quarter-final clash by qualifier Jamie Lewis in front of a packed house at Alexandra Palace.
Welshman Lewis, conqueror of Peter Wright on Wednesday, was quickly out of the blocks, and never looked back as Webster, the 23rd seed, failed to keep up in the battle between two of the tournament's rank outsiders.
At 4-0 down and Lewis needing only one more set to go through, Webster threatened a comeback, but at two legs each he missed double top and Lewis stepped up needing double six, which he got at the second attempt.
'It is still sinking in but I am so chuffed with my game,' said Lewis. 'I thought it was going to be a close game today, I thought it was going to be 5-4 or 5-3 either way but to come out and win that game 5-0 I am so chuffed. I am trying to relax as much as I can and keep focused and it seems to be working.'
