It’s been an exciting few days for winger Przemek Placheta, who followed up his first goal for Norwich City by proposing to his girlfriend in London.

The Poland Under-21 international scored a late equaliser for the Canaries to earn a 2-2 Championship draw with Preston during his Carrow Road debut on Saturday, also setting up Teemu Pukki for a chance of an injury-time winner which was brilliantly saved.

Placheta then followed on with a proposal when staying at a hotel in skyscraper The Shard earlier this week, showing his romantic side with a room decorated with heart-shaped balloons and rose petals - as well as ‘marry me’ in giant lettering.
