Vice-chairman of the Swansea City Supporters' Trust Jim White is hopeful Garry Monk will turn things around in South Wales.

What have you made of Swansea's season so far?

It started off with a bang but since the first international break we seem to have lost our mojo! We have either been very good or pretty poor but my rating so far would be C with 'shows promise but work to do'.

Are supporters still fully behind manager Garry Monk?

The majority are yes I would say but there are some murmurings amongst some fans who think that our style of play has gone backwards under him. Most accept that were not in the greatest of form at the moment but back GM to get us back on track.

Which of the summer signings have impressed most so far?

Only one of them has played really (that in itself is another story) and so it's an easy choice to pick Andre Ayew. He has done well and considering he was a free transfer is a great acquisition. Strong, speedy with a good eye for goal.

Which part of the team is most in need of strengthening?

Most fans would say up front being honest. Gomis had a good start to the season but has lacked confidence recently and is now struggling. We signed Eder but he hasn't been given a chance so most fans would love to see us bring some new quality in but top notch strikers aren't easy to find!

How have Swansea become established in the top flight?

We're a stable club with a set way of working and playing and that helps. New manager's work to our style rather than coming in and trying to create their own and this continuity helps. Having a strong spine of the team is also vital.

Are Swansea favourites going into Saturday's match?

No, in one word! Our record at Norwich in previous seasons has been average and based around our current form I would be happy with a point. We have the players to hurt any team but showing that on the field is something we haven't done away from home in recent weeks.

Do you expect Norwich to be in the relegation scrap?

There are always four to six teams who end up battling to stay up and being honest I think Norwich will be one of them. The Norwich fans could be the most important factor in you staying up if they remain behind the team.

Which Canaries players will Swans fans be most wary of?

Whenever we have played Norwich, Wes Hoolahan has always seemed to cause us problems but I notice he doesn't get as much game time. We wanted to sign Nathan Redmond before you got him and Mbokani looks a handful as well.

What are your memories of previous matches against Norwich?

The last few games have been draws but Carrow Road is a tricky place to go because of the atmosphere created by the home fans. Grant Holt always used to do a job on us and so I am glad he is gone! They have always been good games to watch though so I'm hoping for something similar.

And finally, what is your score prediction?

My heart says we will win 2-1 and get our season on track but my head says 2-1 Norwich. Our away form of late has been poor and I can see us equalising a Howson screamer but with Cameron Jerome scoring an 85th minute winner – I hope I am wrong!
