Norwich City are preparing for their EFL Championship trip south to face Ipswich Town at Portman Road on Sunday lunchtime (12pm), for the latest East Anglian Derby.

Our Canaries correspondents Michael Bailey and Paddy Davitt attended the Canaries’ pre-match press conference at Colney ahead of the weekend’s much-anticipated clash, with head coach Daniel Farke and current team captain Ivo Pinto in attendance.

There is plenty of derby talk, as well as reaction to comments this week from Nelson Oliveira and Town skipper Luke Chambers as the heat rose in preparation for Sunday.

Sunday’s game kicks off a busy period for the Canaries. Little more than 48 hours after their derby duty, City have a Tuesday night trip to Premier League big boys Arsenal in the last 16 of the Carabao Cup (7.45pm).

Then it’s Championship visits from Bradley Johnson’s Derby (Saturday 28 October, 3pm) and the leaders, John Ruddy’s Wolverhampton Wanderers (Tuesday 31 October, 7.45pm).
