Norwich City have returned to the Premier League after completing the rare feat of back-to-back promotions from the third tier to the top flight.
Wild celebrations followed the team's 1-0 victory at Portsmouth on Monday night to secure automatic promotion, including this footage of Wes Hoolahan being lifted into the air during the players' celebrations with the fans.
