Former Norwich City goalkeeper Michael Theoklitos has been providing some light relief for Norwich City supporters away from today's transfer deadline day antics.
Theoklitos, now going by the name of Michael Theo, will always be remembered by Canaries fans for his disastrous debut in City's 7-1 defeat to Colchester at the start of the 2009/10 season.
The Australian was signed on a free transfer by Bryan Gunn following the club's relegation to League One but never recovered from his calamitous debut and eventually had his two-year contract ended early.
However, Down Under the 33-year-old is highly though of and is the most decorated player in the history of the Australian A-League.
He was a key player for hometown club Melbourne Victory before joining the Canaries and has been enjoying success with Brisbane Roar ever since returning from England.
Theo had a lucky escape in Brisbane's A-League clash with Wellington Phoenix today though, after playing a big part in Wellington's equaliser in his first game back following a long-term ankle injury.
The keeper took too long over a clearance in the 81st minute and kicked the ball against the foot of the on-rushing Kenny Cunningham to make the score 2-2.
But Theo was bailed out by team-mate Jean Carlos Solorzano in added time, scoring to salvage a 3-2 victory for Brisbane.
