Jed Steer will replace the injured Declan Rudd in goal with first team defenders Jens Berthel Askou and Michael Spillane lining up in defence.
Forward Luke Daley returns to action with his last appearance in early December in the 2-0 home win over Oldham Athletic.
Following the 1-0 win over Luton Town at Colney two weeks ago, City have moved into fourth in the East Division and to within one point of the U's.
Spectators are welcome to attend, without charge and parking costs �2 per car.
