Norwich City will be bidding to reach the FA Cup fifth round for the 21st time in their history.
Their last fifth round appearance was last season, when they were beaten 2-1 by Leicester City at Carrow Road with Wes Hoolahan on the scoresheet.
The Canaries' first FA Cup meeting with Luton Town came back in the 1927-28 season when they were beaten 6-0 in a second round away tie. They trailed 5-0 at half-time.
City's most recent FA Cup game against the Hatters was in the fourth round, when they won 2-0 at Carrow Road in January 1976 with goals from Martin Peters and David Jones.
As well as being FA Cup runners-up in 1959, Luton were beaten 2-1 in the semi-final by Everton at Villa Park in 1985, 2-1 by Wimbledon in the semi-final at White Hart Lane in 1988 and 2-0 by Chelsea in the semi-final at Wembley in 1994.
