Colombia international Juan Fernando Quintero is the latest big-name signing to be linked with Norwich City.

The 22-year-old attacking midfielder has seen his burgeoning reputation stagnate with Portuguese giants Porto and is rumoured to be interested in a switch to the Premier League.

The Canaries have reportedly offered the Colombian star a two-year deal, with Italian side Chievo also said to be chasing Quintero, who previously played in Serie A for Pescara.

After winning the most valuable player award at the 2013 South American Youth Championships the left-footed maestro was linked with Real Madrid and Manchester United – but according to Italian website tuttomercatoweb.com (Transfer Market Web) he could now be heading to Carrow Road.

Quintero played three matches for Colombia at the World Cup last summer, scoring against the Ivory Coast.

Another player linked with City this summer is Crystal Palace striker Dwight Gayle, although that is looking unlikely after the Mirror reported that Eagles chairman Steve Parish wants £10m for the 24-year-old.
