With the January transfer window open for business and the success of Norwich City's season still in the balance, will new Canaries boss Alex Neil be making changes to his squad this month?

With 21 games still to play in the Championship, City are just one point outside of the play-off positions and eight points adrift of the automatic promotion places, keeping the prospect of an immediate return to the Premier League very much alive.

So does new boss Neil need to refresh the City squad to keep those hopes alive?

We would like to hear your views on possible changes to the City squad. Should some players be allowed to leave? Which positions need strengthening? Or is the squad strong enough already?

Goalkeeper John Ruddy is reportedly a target for Premier League clubs Everton and Crystal Palace, according to some national gossip columns. Can Neil afford to cash in on the 28-year-old with Mark Bunn and Declan Rudd already in his squad?

Former captain and player of the year Sebastien Bassong has returned to Carrow Road after three months on loan at Watford. Will the centre-back return to the fold or be told he is surplus to requirements?

Winger Nathan Redmond has long been touted with moves to the likes of Southampton and Stoke City, but has been in and out of City's starting line-up this season.

Could the Canaries sell the England Under-21 star and use the funds to strengthen the squad, or will Redmond be integral to their promotion chances?

And what about up front? Only the current top two, Bournemouth (55) and Derby (47), have scored more goals than the Canaries (46) so far this season.

Summer signing Cameron Jerome has scored 12 of those and fellow pre-season recruit Lewis Grabban has hit the back of the net seven times.

Gary Hooper has fives goals in 11 games after missing the start of the season through injury and Bradley Johnson has weighed in with seven from midfield.

But another of Neil Adams' attacking summer signings, Kyle Lafferty, is yet to score in any of his 16 league games.

Does Neil need to add more goals to his striking unit to secure promotion, or does he already have the required firepower?
