Our Norwich City correspondent Paddy Davitt has posted his marks following the Canaries' fifth straight league defeat.

Norwich fans can vote here and this is Paddy's verdict on Alex Neil's troops.

• John Ruddy

The suggestion is Bradley Johnson's winner may have brushed Wes Hoolahan on its way through. Prior to that two fine stops from Darren Bent and Jacob Butterfield. Well-positioned to deny Tom Ince in the first period. 7.0

• Russell Martin

One or two indecisive moments on th edge of his own area. 6.5

• Ryan Bennett

Far more aggressive in coming to attack the ball up against Darren Bent. But his attempted clearance landed perfectly at the feet of Johnson to slam home the winner 6.5

• Seb Bassong

Equally more proactive when balls were played up to the Derby front man. Held up Will Hughes in the run that led to Derby's goal but his centre-back's clearance squirmed to Johnson. Only allowed Bent one sight of goal. 6.5

• Robbie Brady

More effective in that attacking full-back role than he has been. Albeit left trailing on two occasions by the pace and intent of Ince. Pressed into a central midfield stint following Alex Tettey's injury exit. 6.5

• Alex Tettey

Appeared to relish the extra muscle alongside him in Youssouf Mulumbu. Fortunate to escape a first-half booking but forced to depart early with a hip problem. 6.5

• Youssouf Mulumbu

Catalyst for a much more cohesive willingess to press the ball through the entire team. Alas, his lack of activity in the past two months caught up with him and he was far less effective after the interval. Simply unable to track Hughes or Johnson for the decisive intervention. 6.5

• Jacob Murphy

Denied what looked a penalty in the 90th minute when he cut into the are but was taken out by Butterfield. Little bit loose in possession in the close quarters action trying to turn away from markers. But injects drive into City's play. 6.0

• Wes Hoolahan

Fired a dipping shot over in the first-half. No question about his work-rate, and it was he who tried a last-ditch attempt to keep out Johnson's winner, but poor in possession throughout and replaced by Alex Pritchard. 6.0

• Steven Naismith

Looks to have more space in wider areas to cut inside and try to link the play. Arguably Norwich's best chance at 0-0 when he broke free but Scott Carson tipped his low shot around the far post. 6.5

• Cameron Jerome

Appeared to take a smack in the face from Alex Pearce during a half-hearted penalty appeal towards the end of the first-half. Substituted with a back problem his manager said had troubled him during the build up. 6.0

City substitutes

• Kyle Lafferty 6.0

Got his chance but difficult circumstances with Derby on the front foot for the majority of the second period. Customary booking late on for enthusiastic lunge.

(for Cameron Jerome, 75)

• Alex Pritchard 6.0

Whipped a tame late free-kick at Scott Carson but deployed centrally and the time may have come for an extended run in that role for the big summer signing.

(for Wes Hoolahan, 67)

• Steven Whittaker 6.0

Earned his chance with Tettey's injury exit. Underlined his versatility with a cameo at left-back. Kept Ince in check.

(for Alex Tettey, 72)
