'Targeting Anfield would be fun' - City ace can't wait to face Premier League big guns
Teemu Pukki admits it would be "fun" to upset the family as he targets making a big splash in the Premier League with Norwich City.
Several members of Pukki's family are big Liverpool fans and the 29-year-old striker joked they wouldn't be too happy if he were to score against the Reds in the top-flight next season.
Speaking to Finnish journalists ahead of his country's Euro 2020 qualifiers against Bosnia Herzegovina and Liechtenstein next month, Pukki revealed how he has never thought about leaving Carrow Road and can't wait to come up against the leading lights of the top-flight.
"It (Norwich) suits me perfectly," he said. "It's a really nice place for me at the moment."
He added: ""There are quite a few Liverpool supporters in the family so targeting Anfield would be fun. They might not be so happy, or maybe they would be if I make a goal against Liverpool. It will be really fun to meet the big teams next season."
Head coach Daniel Farke has stated how he won't waiver from his passing philosophy that took them to the Championship title and Pukki believes Norwich will have enough quality to survive next season.

"I am full of expectation - the Premier League is the world's largest league and I get to show to a larger audience what I am going for," he said. "We know that we will not be at the top of the table, there are the big teams that dominate. We still trust that after next season we will also be a Premier League team."
Pukki finished as the Championship's leading goalscorer last season with 29 goals although he admitted it would be hard to replicate such a tally in the top-flight.
Whilst he refused to set himself a goals target for the next campaign he does have one eye on eclipsing the most prolific Finnish striker in the top flight, Mikael Forssell, who scored 17 goals for Birmingham City in the 2003/4 season.
"Before a season I never talk about how many goals I should do," he said. "I just try to score as many goals as possible. The season that "Miklu" (Forssell) had is pretty magical, not many players can handle it. The season should go very well if there are so many goals. We'll see how it goes but certainly it would be fun to come up with about the same numbers as Forssell."
