Norwich City youngsters given Chelsea tie

Norwich City youngsters will have to beat Chelsea if they are to make further progress in this season's FA Youth Cup.

The Canaries' Under-18 side were drawn at home to the Blues in Friday's fourth round draw, with the tie to be played at Carrow Rad next month.

The exact date and further details will be confirmed by the club nearer the time.

Ricky Martin's side enjoyed a 5-0 third round win on home soil over Oldham Athletic in midweek, while Chelsea claimed a 2-1 home win over Doncaster Rovers.

City will now face Chelsea four times in Janaury – all of them at home. The first team will host Chelsea in the Premier League on Saturday, January 21, before the reserves do likewise three days later.

The Under-18s play Chelsea at home the following Saturday, with an FA Youth Cup tie also to schedule during the month.
