Player ratings for both Norwich City and Manchester City following their Premier League clash.
• Norwich City:
6 Mark Bunn: Brilliant late stop from Sergio Aguero, but Bunn's expression after the fourth goal told its own story.
8 Russell Martin: Led by example with a two-goal second half burst.
6 Michael Turner: Difficult shift, like the rest of Norwich's over-worked backline at times. Struggled to contain Edin Dzeko.
6 Sebastien Bassong: Never far from the action. By his high standards will feel he could have done better on the first and third goals.
6 Javier Garrido: Needed Mark Bunn to bail him out with a miscued clearance. Slipped on the fourth goal by Dzeko's clever movement.
6 Alex Tettey: Overshadowed by Yaya Toure and Gareth Barry in the opening sparring. Improved markedly.
7 Bradley Johnson: Hard done by when Vincent Kompany cut through him for visitors' second. Booking rules him out for West Ham.
7 Robert Snodgrass: Won the free-kick for Norwich's first. His deliveries were pivotal to second and third Norwich goals.
6 Wes Hoolahan: Quick-thinking carved Manchester City open for the hosts' second goal.
7 Anthony Pilkington: Deflected free-kick dragged Norwich back into the game. Continues to be a productive source on home soil.
6 Steve Morison: Won one or two flick-ons. Plenty of endeavour down the channels. Early first half exit due to injury.
Subs: Harry Kane (for Morison) 6, Jonny Howson (for Tettey) 7, Simeon Jackson (for Hoolahan) 5
• Manchester City:
6 Joe Hart: Had plenty to say to the Barclay at full-time. Poor decision-making on Norwich's third.
7 Pablo Zabaleta: Solid professional. Relished the physical side of Norwich's challenge. Impressive aerially despite his lack of height.
7 Vincent Kompany: Marauding run triggered the visitors' second goal. Shade unfortunate to concede freekick for Norwich's opener.
6 Matija Nastasic: Hesitant at times when Norwich pressed. Perfect partner alongside him in Vincent Kompany.
6 Gael Clichy: Elegant full-back. Quick, technically gifted. Fantastic raking pass for Manchester City's fourth.
8 Yaya Toure: Fearsome hit inches wide in the opening period. Spotter's badge for the third goal. Magnificent player.
7 Gareth Barry: Energetic foil for the more creatively-minded Yaya Toure. Knitted things superbly in the first period.
4 Samir Nasri: Let his team-mates down with his petulant reaction. Gifted operator but questionable temperament.
8 Sergio Aguero: Major role in the first and second goals. Sublime lift for the third. Harassed Sebastien Bassong all day.
7 David Silva: Sacrificed as Manchester City looked to defend their lead. Influential presence amongst the craftsmen.
7 Edin Dzeko: Two calm early slots. Shade unfortunate not to be credited with a hat-trick. Excellent target man.
Subs: James Milner (for Silva) 6, Joleon Lescott (for Dzeko) 5, Javi Garcia (for Aguero) 5
