Norwich City's under-18 squad is fired up for their FA Youth Cup trip to Burnley on Friday night, says winger Glenn Middleton.

The young Canaries beat Watford 5-1 at Vicarage Road last month and head for Turf Moor in the fourth round.

'We've got a really good team this year so we've got a decent chance,' Middleton, who recently signed a two-and-a-half year professional contract, told City's website.

'We're going to give it our best shot. Off the pitch we're all really good mates as well, so we're always going to be fighting for each other. That's the best thing about it. We'll see how far we can get because it's something you look forward to even from the start of the season.

'Everyone talks about it straight away so we can't wait for the game.'
