Robbie Brady looks to be heading to the exit door at Norwich City with Premier League champions Leicester City closing in a £12m deal for the Euro 2016 star.

The Sun report on Wednesday the Foxes will beat off competition from West Brom to capture the 24-year-old and offer him the prospect of Champions League football along with a swift return to the Premier League following Norwich's relegation.

City have already cashed in on Nathan Redmond who completed a club-record move to Southampton last week but Brady's deal is expected to top that after a key role in the Republic of Ireland's run to the last-16 of the European Championships.

Brady still has two years left to run on his current Carrow Road deal after leaving Hull City last summer citing his desire to remain in the English top flight as the main reason for his decision.

Meanwhile, Alex Neil continues to be linked with potential incomings. Tuesday saw him touted with moves for young attacking midfielders Zach Clough and Sergi Canos. 24 hours later and Iceland's Euro 2016 hero Johann Berg Gudmundsson is a possible replacement for the departed Redmond, according to the South London Press.

Gudmundsson is believed to be waiting until the tournament is over for his country, who famously knocked England out of the last-16 on Monday to set-up a quarter-final against hosts France this weekend, before resolving his club future following Charlton's relegation from the Championship. The 25-year-old has started all four of his country's games at the tournament.

The South London Press report it is inevitable he will leave as one of the Addicks' highest earners. Gudmundsson claimed 13 assists last season and scored six goals and has consistently impressed since a free transfer move from AZ Alkmaar in 2014.

Michael Turner could head the other way, with the former Charlton trainee unlikely to feature in City's plans following extended loan spells at Fulham and Sheffield Wednesday in recent seasons. Norwich did exercise an option to keep him at the club until 2017 but the South London Press report he could be made available on a free transfer. New Charlton boss Russell Slade is in the market for a central defender.

Finally, Scottish international striker Steven Fletcher could be on his way to Carrow Road. The Sun report Norwich lead the race for the free agent, who was released by Sunderland last season, after falling out of favour with Sam Allardyce.

The 29-year-old had a loan spell in France with Marseilles, scoring once in 12 appearances, but the big targetman has also been linked with Celtic, Aston Villa and Hull City. Championship rivals Sheffield Wednesday appear to be Norwich's biggest rivals although City are reportedly willing to offer Fletcher £35,000 a week to fend off interest from the Owls.
