One year ago today Norwich City supporters were celebrating one of the most glorious days in their club's history.
On Monday, May 25, 2015 the Canaries returned to Wembley for the first time in 30 years to take on Middlesbrough in the Championship play-off final.
Around 40,000 City fans were packed into the home of English football to see goals from Cameron Jerome and Nathan Redmond lead Alex Neil's team to a 2-0 triumph.
After failing to hang on to their top-flight status last season, will the Canaries be celebrating success again in a year's time?
