Norwich City's Murphy twins will not find a better place than Carrow Road to strut their stuff.
Both Jacob and Josh have grabbed plenty of headlines in the opening weeks of the new season, with Josh thumping home a superb strike in the midweek 2-0 EFL Cup win at Everton.
That prompted fresh speculation the twins could be on the radar of a number of Premier League clubs in the January transfer window but City boss Alex Neil insisted on Friday they are hone their skills.
'There was interest this summer, not Premier League clubs, but from others who wanted them either on loan or on a permanent, but it is quite simple. They are our players, they are Norwich lads who want to play for the club and they are playing at the moment,' said Neil. 'Life should be good for them and they should be enjoying themselves. They need to develop a lot more and this is the best place for them.
'I don't think that is going to be a difficult situation for me or them. I had a really good conversation with them before the start of the season and all those two boys want to do is play and they are getting their opportunity. They are playing for the club they have always wanted to play for and doing well so long may that continue.'
