Norwich City have a fantastic night in prospect and should embrace their place at the top of the Championship tree, according to Ivo Pinto.
The midweek fixtures mean the current leaders may not be there when they kick-off at Newcastle, given the rest of the division plays tonight.
Either way, Pinto does not think City's lofty position will alter their approach – with another tough trip to follow on Saturday, at Wolves.
'To be honest it doesn't change anything,' said Pinto. 'We must like to be top but to be there, we've had to work a lot. So we cannot waste this position. We need to work even harder to keep it. It's where we all want to be at the end of the season.
'About pressure? As Newcastle didn't win at Aston Villa I would think they will want to do something on Wednesday. But we'll be there and it will be fantastic game for sure.
'They have a great team, they are promotion rivals, they came from the Premier League like us. But it's one game and if we have a good day with the players we have, we can win there.'
