Fulham have announced the signing of Leeds frontman Ross McCormack, for a reported £11m fee.
The Canaries' were heavily linked with a move for last season's Championship top scorer until City chief Neil Adams last week dismissed talk of a £10m bid.
Fulham failed with two enquiries earlier in the summer but McCormack has now completed his switch to Craven Cottage for an undisclosed fee. The Scotland international has penned a four-year deal with the Whites, with the option of a further 12 months, potentially keeping him at the Whites until the summer of 2019.
Former club Cardiff will earn a windfall from the transfer after inserting a sell-on clause in the deal that took him to Leeds in 2010.
