Three Norwich City stars surprised players at Costessey Sports U13s during their training session and shared their memories of grassroots football with them.

Cameron Jerome, John Ruddy and Josh Murphy spoke about how they got into football and how their first clubs helped them to develop as players.

It was all part of the launch of the Aviva Community Fund which offers support and funding to causes that make a real difference to local people.

Applicants can put forward an idea that will benefit their community and have a chance of getting funding of up to £25,000.
