Norwich City Ladies lift the county cup recently.

Norwich City Ladies, the most successful female football club in Norfolk, are seeking a new first team manager.

The team has excellent match day and training facilities and currently compete in the South East Women's Combination League.

The standards that have been set at the club mean the level of coaching and preparation is of a very high standard within women's football.

This is a voluntary position and the first team manager will be responsible for overseeing training sessions along with match day preparations of which matches are played on a Sunday. There would also be a requirement for team administrative duties to be carried out.

The successful candidate will be in charge of all first team affairs including training sessions, squad selection and will also delegate responsibilities to the first team coach, goalkeeper coach and other members of the coaching staff. They will also be required to liaise with the reserve team manager and work closely in maintaining the relationship between First And Reserve Team and with regard to coaching and player development.

Most Read

• UEFA 'B' Licence or working towards this

• A Full UK Driving Licence

• Experience of working within the female game

• Understanding and knowledge of the overall Women's Football Development Pathway in England

• A dynamic, confident communicator whilst able to adapt style and approach as and when required; able to engage with businesses, coaches and players

• Excellent organisation skills are required along with a conscientious approach to all areas of work

• Knowledge of all key safeguarding legislation

Desirable -

• A category D1 on their driving license or a qualification that permits the driving of minibuses is preferred
