Martin Olsson has thanked Norwich City supporters for their support during his time with the club, following the completion of his transfer to Swansea.
The Sweden international completed his move to the Premier League side yesterday, for a reported £4.5million, signing a two-and-a-half year deal with an option for a further year.
Olsson posted on his @martinolsson3 Twitter account this evening, saying: 'I wanted to say a big thank you to @NorwichCItyFC and all the great Norwich fans – I appreciate all the support over the last 3.5 years.
'I was very happy to be at the club and will truly miss the team, staff, the city and the fans and wish you all the very best going forward.
'However, I am ready for a new challenge and excited for the next chapter of my career with @SwansOfficial.'
The Canaries are now expected to sign a replacement left-back, with the first name entering the frame today as Bradford City's James Meredith was linked with a January move.
