Both teams sealed their progression with wins in third round qualifying on Sunday, with Norwich thrashing Peterborough-based side Riverside 10-0 and Lowestoft beating Enfield Town 2-0 at Crown Meadow, thanks to two goals from Hannah Waters.

They are joined in fourth round qualifying by Acle United, who won 6-3 at Bungay Town, earning a home tie against Brentwood Town – with the winning clubs each winning £500 in prize money.

Ex-Bungay player Kate Pasque headed Acle ahead early on and a Rebecca Burton penalty doubled the lead in the 18th minute, only for Rebecca Calver and Michelle Stanborough to level for the hosts before the break.

Stanborough fired Bungay in front soon after half-time and also hit the crossbar, before goals from Luka Goodfield, Pasque and two late strikes from Jody Wells rescued the situation for Acle.

The adventure came to an end for two other local sides though, Wymondham losing 3-0 at Cambridge United and Brandon being beaten 6-0 at Kettering.

Norwich took the lead with barely a minute played against Riverside, when Natasha Snelling found the back of net.

On 14 minutes the Canaries' dominant possession was further rewarded when Chelsea Garrett beat Riverside keeper Sophie Powell, before Snelling scored her second in the 21st minute.

Brooke Osborne later delivered a perfect corner from the right on 40 minutes and Kate Parsons' first-time strike made it 4-0 at half-time.

Ellie Bird came on for Fiona Coombes in the Norwich goal at half-time and Garrett scored via a deflection with 48 minutes played. Just a minute later Snelling completed her hat-trick.

At 58 minutes Parsons scored Norwich's seventh, her second, and on 69 minutes Osborne went from provider to scorer when she found the back of the net and then scored her second just six minutes later. The final goal came at 87 minutes when Parsons scored from a free-kick outside of the box around 25 yards out her third, sealing victory for Norwich.

The fourth round qualifying ties are scheduled for Sunday, November 13, with £600 going to the winners.
