Norwich City defender Timm Klose has been shortlisted for the Championship PFA Fans' Player of the Month award for January.

The Switzerland international played every minute of City's four league matches last month, when Alex Neil's team got their season back on track with three victories and two clean sheets.

The 28-year-old, signed from Wolfsburg in a deal worth around £7m in January 2016, has been nominated alongside five other players.

He is competing with Leeds striker Chris Wood, Brighton goalkeeper David Stockdale, Cardiff defender Sean Morrison, Bristol City striker Tammy Abraham and Reading striker Yann Kermorgant for the award.

The shortlist was chosen by Sky Sports pundits Paul Merson and Peter Beagrie, as well as Professional Game Match Officials general manager Mike Riley and Football Supporters' Federation chairman Malcolm Clarke.

Voting is open until 7pm this evening, with the result due to be announced at 10am tomorrow. Click here to vote.
