Norwich City's Championship trip to Brentford on New Year's Eve and the Easter home league date against Fulham have been altered.

City will now travel to Griffin Park for a 1pm kick-off, instead of the original 3pm, on Saturday, December 31. The Cottagers' visit to Carrow Road, which was set for Saturday, April 15 has been brought forward 24 hours and will now be played on Good Friday, April 14 (KO 3pm).

The two fixture alterations come after City's opening Championship home date against Sheffield Wednesday was moved to a 5:30pm kick-off on Saturday, August 13 for live Skysports coverage.
