Norwich City had to fight back twice to earn a point against Preston as 1,000 fans returned to Carrow Road and you can listen to our review of the eventful day in the latest episode of the Pink Un Podcast.

Saturday was kicked off with news breaking of Barcelona’s interest in Max Aarons and continued with Emi Buendia missing from City’s squad, with Daniel Farke later explaining the Argentine had failed a late fitness test after picking up a knock to the shin in training.

The Canaries were hoping to build on their 1-0 win at Huddersfield on the opening weekend of the Championship season but were pushed all the way by the well organised and hard working visitors, stewarded by former Norwich boss Alex Neil.

However, City equalised twice through Teemu Pukki in the first half and then summer signing Przemek Placheta in the 85th minute in an improved second half, with Preston keeper Declan Rudd also brilliantly denying Pukki deep into injury-time.

Our Canaries correspondents Paddy Davitt, David Freezer, Connor Southwell and Tony Thrussell reviewed the 2-2 draw for the latest edition of the Pink Un Podcast - which can also be heard on Wednesday evenings on Future Radio 107.8FM.
