There could be a familiar face in the Leicester Under-23s team when Norwich City continue their pre-season preparations this afternoon.

Matt Gill's U23 squad take on their Foxes counterparts in a friendly at the Premier League club's Belvoir Drive training complex at 2pm, looking to bounce back from a 1-0 loss away to National League side Sutton United on Saturday.

Right-back Louis Ramsay, released by the Canaries at the end of last season, could be in action fro the hosts after recently signing a one-year deal as a free agent. The 20-year-old former Tottenham trainee joined City at U18 level in 2014 and spent last season on loan in the National League with Woking.

The match is City's penultimate game of pre-season, ahead of a game at Dereham Town on Monday (7.45pm). The first Premier League Two fixtures of the season is away to Aston Villa at Walsall's Banks's Stadium on Monday, August 13 (7pm), with the first home game against Reading at Colney at 2pm on Monday, August 20.
