The Norwich City players may have arrived back at Colney but a former city star has taken his pre-season training into his own hands.
Seb Bassong has been spotted at a Hethersett park doing his own fitness training after he was released by the Canaries at the end of last season.
The 30-year-old central defender was one of seven players who did not have their contracts renewed and he currently remains a free agent.

Another video also appears to show him on a treadmill at Wymondham Leisure Centre.
Since leaving Carrow Road Bassong has been performing headline DJ sets in London. Last month he penned a farewell letter to the club and fans in which he wrote he 'gave everything for our club' and 'I came from Spurs to reboost my professional career and what I've found in the end is a real family over here.'
