The second-year scholars have been rewarded after forcing their way into Paul Lambert's first team squad this season.
Right-back Francomb has made three first team appearances in total - the 18-year-old's debut coming in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy win at Gillingham in October. Wide player Dawkin also made his debut in the cup win over the Gills and has featured in the first team twice more.
Fellow academy products Tyree Clarke and Johnbull Osemwegie have not been offered pro deals and are free to leave in the close season.
