Greater Anglia has announced plans to operate an extra train on Easter Monday, April 9, when the Canaries visit Tottenham Hotspur (3pm).
With Network Rail carrying out improvement works on the Norwich-London mainline route, the additional train provides an alternative for City supporters wishing to travel to London for the match via Cambridge.
The extra service will leave Norwich station at 11.19pm, calling at Wymondham, Attleborough and Thetford, and – changing trains at Cambridge – will arrive at Northumberland Park, a few minutes' walk from White Hart Lane, at 1.33pm. After the match trains for Cambridge will depart Northumberland Park at 5.13, 5.28 and 5.43pm, all these services connecting with an additional train leaving Cambridge at 6.53pm and calling at: Thetford, Attleborough and Wymondham, arriving in Norwich at 8.15pm.
Advance tickets for the additional service will be available from the Greater Anglia website at www.greateranglia.co.uk from next Monday, March 26.
Details of other services operating on Bank Holiday Monday and ticket prices are also available from the Greater Anglia website.
