Norwich City Football Club have distributed over 25,000 clap banners around the ground for today's clash with the Toon.

The club are hoping to help create an electric atmosphere for this afternoon's survival battle and every City supporter will have their own banner to help make some noise and get behind the team.

Shortly before kick-off, Norwich City Hall of Fame member Ruel Fox - the Club's Guest of Honour for the day - will be introduced to the fans.

'It's the kind of place that feels like home,' Fox told the club's official website.

The announcement comes after Alex Neil called for a united front at Carrow Road to overwhelm their Premier League relegation rivals.

'Carrow Road is going to have to be rocking to give the boys as much support as we can,' he said. 'At West Brom, I thought they were fantastic, against Manchester City they were excellent as well. We needed them for those last 20 minutes when we were under the cosh a little bit and they rallied us.
