Here's how the Norfolk-born Manchester City loanee's FA Cup third round replay at Stamford Bridge unfolded...

9 – Willian turns inside Jamal Lewis and Gunn gets down well to block the Brazilian's low shot at his near post, with Timm Klose turning the loose ball behind for a corner.

14 – David Luiz hits a free-kick over the City wall but straight at the 21-year-old, who quickly gets Josh Murphy away with a long kick but his opposite number Willy Caballero steps in to put the ball out for a throw.

25 – Brilliant fingertip save pushes powerful 25-yard shot from Dany Drinkwater on to the bar and City scramble the ball clear, which narrowly missed bouncing into the net off the Canaries keeper when it hit the woodwork. The travelling fans at that end chant their number one's name.

55 – Can only stand and watch as Kenedy's low cross evades Hanley at the near post and Batshuayi turns the ball high into his net from six yards.

62 – Kenedy superb ball through to Pedro, Gunn dives in and the former Barcelona forward goes down, home fans call for a penalty but referee Graham Scott makes the right call and books the Spaniard for diving when there was no contact. Gunn wags a finger at Pedro as he laughs with a relieved look on his face.

67 – Lewis is robbed by Pedro as he slips off the pitch but Klose steps in to allow Gunn to pick up the loose ball in his six-yard box.

78 – Gets down well to hold a powerful low shot from Tiemoue Bakayoko from 25 yards.

90 – Alvaro Morata leaves Christoph Zimmermann for dust, who pulls back for Willian but the keeper slides in to claim.

104 – Superbly sticks out a fist to deny Willian's powerful shot going over him and barely 30 seconds later gets down brilliantly to keep out a close-range Morata shot, before getting up to catch Christoph Zimmermann's header.

108 – Has to palm a Willian corner away.

115 – Zappacosta cross from the right is headed down by Morata at the back post – but Gunn is there again to get down low and deny him.

Penalties: Gets close to Kante's effort but can't make a save as Chelsea win 5-3.

Verdict: Nothing short of heroic, in such good form, really does have a big future in the game. No chance with the goal but the stop from Drinkwater in the first half was brilliant, only for the extra-time denial of Willian to better it – on the back of his injury-time heroics in Bristol at the weekend.

Rating: 8 out of 10
