Canaries fans who missed out on a ticket for the potentially crucial game at Charlton a week tomorrow could be in luck, after the club confirmed yesterday that the game will be screened live in lounges at Carrow Road.

City's 3,200 ticket allocation went long ago, with the club enforcing the written application procedure, such was the demand.

That still left 1,500 disappointed fans - but the club has already written to them to give them an early chance of watching the game on screen.

City have teamed up with Anglia TV to obtain live satellite coverage of the game, with commentary by the BBC Radio Norfolk team of Chris Goreham and ex-Canary player Neil Adams.

Beam-back tickets are 10 for adults and 8 for senior citizens and under-16s, and will be available from the ticket office at Carrow Road from tomorrow morning at 9am.

Successful applicants for match tickets will receive them at the beginning of next week.

For more details of the beamback, the City ticket office will be open after 9am tomorrow or they can be booked on 0844 826 1902.
