Norwich City are no longer in the hunt to sign prolific non-league goalscorer Reise Allassani, according to Dulwich Hamlet boss Gavin Rose.
The 22-year-old former Crystal Palace youngster remains a man in demand during the January transfer window, with reported links from Glasgow's Scottish Premiership giants Celtic and Rangers.
However the Canaries' interest earlier this season will not now manifest itself into a move this window, after Rose suggested City's offer made Allassani and his representatives re-evaluate their options.
'We have received three bids but we're at a stage where all are different and the player hasn't had the opportunity to speak to clubs yet,' Rose told London News Online.
'We're not overly jumpy about it. We received a bid earlier in the season from Norwich and it fell through. They offered him quite a derisory sum personally.
'It led him and his agent to believe he was so far down in their thoughts of succeeding there – he didn't want to go through that at this stage of his career.

'It's probably played a part in Reise and his agent thinking they don't want to just take an offer. He's had other Championship offers as well but he wants to be more realistic about what is good for his career.
'He hasn't put himself in a bad position. He has scored a lot of goals and put in good performances. If he doesn't move then I'm sure he's capable of that in the summer.'
A hip injury has kept Allassani out of recent action, including the weekend's 2-1 home Bostik League Premier Division defeat to Merstham on Saturday, in front of an impressive crowd of more than 1,600.

Allassani attracted potential suitors after scoring 17 goals in 16 games for Dulwich Hamlet this season, competing in the third tier of the non-league pyramid that also includes Lowestoft Town.
Reading, Barnsley and League One Gillingham have also been linked with the forward, who had been due to sign for Sheffield Wednesday following his release from Palace in the summer of 2016 – until a major knee injury left him heading to Dulwich to rebuild his career with a contract until the end of the season.
Norwich have recruited from Dulwich in the past, with young winger Diallang Jaiyesimi currently spending a season on loan at League Two Grimsby Town.
