Our Norwich City correspondent Paddy Davitt has posted his marks following the Canaries' 4-3 defeat at the KCOM.

Here is Paddy's verdict on Daniel Farke's troops, who blew a 3-1 lead on Humberside.

• Angus Gunn

Left too exposed over the past two league games. Would have been a heavier defeat but for a series of blocks, parries. 6.0

• Harrison Reed

Looked vulnerable for the first time at right-back. Switched inside after Moritz Leitner's injury but poor decision-making in the build up to Hull's fourth goal. 5.0

• Timm Klose

Failed to sense danger when Jackson Irvine drifted off him to slot the first goal. 5.0

• Grant Hanley

You know it's a bad day when this man is making mistakes. Poor attempted clearance led to the first Hull goal. Appeared to suffer the same nervousness infecting the rest of the back four. Flashed a near post header at David Marshall late on. 5.5

• Jamal Lewis

Rashness of youth to compound his initial error in letting a long ball bounce by bundling over Jarrod Bowen. That first home penalty came at an absolutely critical period, with City having just gone 3-1 up. Unsurprisingly, thereafter, looked ill at ease against the superb Harry Wilson. Harsh lessons. 4.0

Referee Simpson clearly indicated he was the shirt-pulling culprit for the award of a baffling second home penalty. Tettey's protests took him ever closer to a discplinary precipice. Being asked to do too much screening in front of a flat back four. 5.5

• Moritz Leitner

Well off the pace in the first half an hour before a hamstring injury that may curtail his loan stint, once City's medical staff have assesssed the full extent. 4.0

• Marley Watkins

Talked on Friday how he had not had a real chance to operate down his favoured right-hand side. Got one here. Failed to take it. 5.0

• James Maddison

Given Nelson Oliveira's penalty kick woes do not understimate the bottle to slot not one but two from 12 yards. Plus a goal all of his own making. To score a hat-trick and end up on the losing side tells you how shoddy his team mates were. 8.5

• Onel Hernandez

Big chance blown from Maddison's cushioned pass with a heavy first touch. Bundled over for the second City penalty. 6.0

• Nelson Oliveira

Wiped out by Marshall for the opening City penalty, Plenty of endeavour outside the box. Little real sign of him inside. Standard. 5.5

City substitutes

• Ivo Pinto 5.0

A degree of slack required, given how long he had been out. But booked within seconds of his arrival and embarrassed by Wilson for the fourth Hull goal.

(for Moritz Leitner, 29)

• Josh Murphy n/a

(for Onel Hernandez, 79)

• Wes Hoolahan n/a

(for Harrison Reed, 79)
