'If he was world class in that aspect of his game then he would play for Barcelona and Manchester City' - Sky is the limit for Norwich City ace

Onel Hernandez is in ‘brilliant shape’ but Daniel Farke is challenging the wide player to move centre stage at Norwich City.
The 25-year-old looked sharp in Thursday’s 2-0 friendly win over Crawley Town at Colney, making an immediate impact with the assists for Dennis Srbeny and Marco Stiepermann’s goals.
Hernandez could have got on the scoresheet himself in the behind-closed-doors practice match at City’s training base, and Farke wants to see that cutting edge.
“It is important to be effective in your game. That is a topic we constantly work on. If he was world class in that one aspect of his game then he would play for Barcelona and Manchester City and we couldn’t afford him,” said Farke.
“We are pleased to have Onel, you can see he is full of potential.
“Not just Onel, all the lads were not clinical enough in this game. We had so much speed in the last row and created so many chances. It is a topic that will improve when we have done our fitness work because when you are not so tired the concentration levels are higher.
“We know we struggled in this area last season but we have scored goals so far this summer. You will never take each and every chance but we have to be hungry and greedy.”
Farke’s squad depart for a week long camp in Germany on Friday afternoon, after picking up a third consecutive pre-season victory against lower league opponents.
“We are starting from a low base but three wins from three is solid.
“At the moment the focus is more about getting fit for the season, not the results. The performances are important,” said the head coach. “
“I knew Crawley would be a tough one for the lads. We had a session in the morning and for most of them 60 minutes on the pitch, others a bit longer, and after the game they had to do some interval running as well.
“This was a tough day, probably the biggest load in pre-season so far, but you have to do it and I am pleased with our fitness situation.
“The win and the clean sheet, pleased me the most.
“I got the feeling in the first 30 minutes our play was too slow. We were not able to create enough chances, but it was much better in the final hour.
“We could have won 6-0, 7-0. Onel is already in a brilliant shape already and although he had two assists he could easily have had four goals and five assists. In general, in terms of scoring goals as a team we can improve.”
