Daniel Farke previewed Norwich City’s FA Cup fourth round tie at Barnsley - and we had all the key lines first from a video chat with the boss at Colney.

Kenny McLean is the latest Norwich player to have tested positive for coronavirus. Farke confirmed the Scot is showing symptoms and has now begun his period of self-isolation, which will last for 10 days.

Farke made it clear McLean returned a negative result immediately after featuring in the midweek 2-0 Championship win over Bristol City. None of the other players on duty on Wednesday have returned positive tests.

McLean himself took to social media after the press conference to confirm he had later returned a positive test, but has 'only minor symptoms'.

Todd Cantwell is also ruled out of the cup tie with a hamstring issue related to a back problem. Teemu Pukki (side strain) and Christoph Zimmermann (hip) both remain out.

Bali Mumba is available following his positive coronavirus diagnosis after his period of self-isolation. Xavi Quintilla is still in his period of self-isolation until early next week following his recent coronavirus result.

Lukas Rupp and Josh Martin were unused substitutes against the Robins after bouts of flu, and will be pushing for action at Oakwell. Onel Hernandez and Kieran Dowell are two others in need of minutes following late cameos from the bench.

Greek international Dimitris Giannoulis is unavailable until the club successfully obtain a work permit, with that expected to happen early next week.

Marco Stiepermann has been diagnosed with Epstein Barr virus. The attacking midfielder will only come back into Farke's thoughts once his immune system has fully recovered.

Sam Byram (hamstring) and Adam Idah (knee) remain sidelined, while Michael McGovern is expected to be out for 10 to 12 weeks following recent hamstring surgery.

Moritz Leitner and Josip Drmic are not part of the plans.

Farke spoke to the media remotely from Colney.
