Tony Mowbray aims to make life uncomfortable for Alex Neil's Norwich City in Saturday's Championship clash at Carrow Road.
The Canaries have gone five games without a win and return to Norfolk after last weekend's hammering at Sheffield Wednesday and a gruelling midweek point at relegation-threatened Bristol City, that did nothing to ease the pressure on Neil and his under-performing players.
Mowbray is unbeaten in his first four games since replacing Owen Coyle and brings his Rovers side to Norwich two points clear of the bottom three.
'Norwich were in the Premier League last season and they've got some big named players,' he said.'Players that I've worked with and know in the past, Graham Dorrans, Youssouf Mulumbu, Steven Whittaker, they are all very experienced and talented football players.
'Cameron Jerome up top, big strong and powerful, Jacob Murphy is a very talented young guy, very fast and direct, they've got two centre-halves who are both over 6ft 4in, they've got good players all over.
'So it is a tough game and a big ask for us. But we've taken points off Derby and Cardiff so we'll have the confidence to go to Norwich and hopefully we can make their life uncomfortable and see if we can get something from the game. So I'm looking forward to the test of taking our team there and seeing what we can achieve and what we can do.'
Mowbray, speaking to Rovers' official site, knows his side must pick up points on the road to ease their relegation fears.

'Because the programme has been so intense we'll have one day's real preparation into what we think Norwich might do and how they might play and how we think we can set up to give them problems,' he said. 'We have to find a way to get some points away from home. We are going to have to because we've got seven away games coming and four at home.
'We know we've got a tough fixture run-in, but it is important to focus on every one and make sure that we give our very best to try and take as many points as we can - both home and away.'
