Following on from his win in the English School championships at Gateshead Michael Painter did it again.
Following on from his win in the English School championships at Gateshead Michael Painter did it again.
Competing in the Schools International match at Cardiff, the Sprowston athlete threw 66m 41 to win the hammer event and help England to a comfortable team win.
Michael has also been chosen to represent Great Britain in the European Youth Olympics match in Turkey in the week beginning July 23.
Norfolk athletes Sophie McKinna, Callum Brown and Painter have also been selected to represent England in the Commonwealth Youth Games on the Isle of Man in early September.
