North Walsham Town put in a gritty second half performance to secure Sunday Intermediate Cup success with goals from Charlie Skipper, Dale Wilton, Aaron Hyland and Ryan Beeson to turn around a 2-1 deficit at half time.

Callum Speck opened the scoring from the penalty spot before the winger produced a fine individual effort to double Hewett Old Boys' lead.

North Walsham crucially pulled a goal back before half time when Charlie Skipper fired home and they were level early in the second half thanks to Dale Wilton's headed goal.

With 20 minutes remaining North Walsham's pressure paid off as they got their noses in front thanks to Aaron Hyland's clever back heel.

North Walsham then killed off any hopes of a last minute equaliser in the 90th minute, when Ryan Beeson picked up the ball on the counter attack, dropped his shoulder and thumped a shot beyond Widdows.
