Norfolk Under-17s were crowned national champions last weekend when they beat Cornwall in the final of the ECB County Cup B section.
Cornwall elected to bat first at Kibworth, Leicestershire, in bowler-friendly conditions and found Norfolk seamers Will Dunger and Kieran Jones simply too hot to handle.
Essex Academy player Dunger tore through the top order, taking four for 13 from eight overs, while Jones backed him up with three for 11 from seven overs.
Northants Academy youngster Matthew Taylor wrapped up the innings with three for 24, including the wicket of the only Cornwall batsman to reach double figures, Kieran Rodda (31).
Chasing a target of just 86 for victory, Norfolk lost Josh McAvoy and skipper Matthew Plater early on, but Norwich's Frankie Sutton and Swardeston's Jason Reynolds played patiently to steady the ship.
Sutton went for 42, but Reynolds (21no) and Callum Taylor (9no) saw Norfolk to a seven-wicket victory in the 27th over.
